RETURNS

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:

Our orders have a 30-day return/exchange policy upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, please return them for a refund or an exchange.

NO restock fees, and your exchanges are shipped back to you at OUR expense.

* Upon returning or exchanging, please include your order number (whether it be a copy of the invoice or a piece of paper with the order number written on it) and your reasoning for return, refund, or exchanges (wrong size, color, etc.).

RETURNS:

* DUE TO COVID-19, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS AT THIS TIME! WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.

Please return the item or items to the address below at YOUR expense.

Upon returning the item, please include a copy of your sales receipt. We will refund your purchase, less shipping charges.

* EMBROIDERED ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED!

* MASKS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED!

* ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN OR SHOW VISIBLE SIGNS OF WEAR CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED!

* Shipping charges are not refundable for all purchases. The customer is also responsible for the cost of return shipping.

EXCHANGES:

Please return the item or items to the address below at YOUR expense.

Upon returning the item, please include a copy of your sales receipt, and let us know the product name and code that you want to exchange your purchase with. Your exchange will be returned to you at OUR expense.

* NOTE: We highly recommend that you send your return via UPS, Fed EX, or insured US Mail. Items sent but not received by Great Lakes Uniform will NOT receive credit for the return or exchange.

DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP:

Defects in workmanship will be replaced at our expense. Please e-mail within 30 days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.)

SHORTAGES OR INCORRECT ORDERS:

All claims for shortages or incorrect orders must be presented to us by fax, e-mail, or phone within five business days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name).

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Orders shipped but refused by the customer will still be charged shipping charges. Orders which have already been submitted to our embroidery company cannot be canceled. Orders which have already reached our distribution center cannot be canceled. Shipping charges will apply if the order has shipped or is in our distribution system.

Orders that have been shipped but not wanted by the customers should follow our return policy shown above. Order dispatched and refused by the customer will not receive credit for shipping charges. All cancellations required confirmation from our customer service department.
