Great Lakes Uniform is not liable for errors in orders caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer. If you identify an error in your order, please contact us immediately at Sales@greatlakesuniform.com. We will make every effort to correct the order before processing begins, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in progress or production has commenced.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and formal acceptance by Great Lakes Uniform.
Upon successful placement of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please retain this for your records.
Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed or dispatched.
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, and PayPal. No additional charges apply based on the payment method used.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD).
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, fraudulent activity, stock unavailability, or any other reason deemed necessary. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method in such cases.

5. Custom & Embellished Orders

Orders that include embroidery, screen printing, embellishment, or any other form of customization are treated as custom orders and are subject to the following conditions:

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced
Custom and embellished items are non-returnable and non-refundable for reasons such as sizing or change of mind. This does not affect your rights if a custom item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered due to our error, which we will resolve under our Return & Refund Policy
It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify all customization details — including text, logo, placement, color, and sizing — before submitting the order
Great Lakes Uniform is not liable for errors in customization resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer

6. Pricing, Typographical Errors & Availability

All prices are listed in USD. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy across our website and product feed at all times.

If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, Great Lakes Uniform reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at that incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed. If your payment has already been charged and your order is subsequently cancelled due to a pricing error, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Product availability is subject to change without prior notice. We do not guarantee that any product listed on our website will be available at the time of purchase.
