EMBROIDERY TEXT OPTIONS:
We offer embroideries on both sides of the garment. We are able to embroider three lines of text on the chest for each side.
If you fill out the Left Chest Embroidery field, the embroidery will appear on the wearer's left chest.
If you select the Right Chest Embroidery field, the embroidery will appear on the wearer's right chest.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:
Our orders have a 30-day return/exchange policy upon delivery. If you are unsatisfied with our products, please return them for a refund or an exchange.
There are NO restock fees, and your exchanges are shipped back to you at OUR expense.
* Upon returning or exchanging, please include your order number (a copy of the invoice or a piece of paper with the order number written on it) and your reasoning for return, refund, or exchange (wrong size, color, etc.).
RETURNS:
Please return the item or items to the address below at YOUR expense.
Upon returning the item, please include a copy of your sales receipt. We will refund your purchase, less shipping charges.
There are NO restock fees. Your refund will be credited back to the source of payment.

EXCHANGES:
Please return the item or items to the address below at YOUR expense.
Upon returning the item, please include a copy of your sales receipt, and let us know the product name and code you want to exchange your purchase with. Your exchange will be returned to you at OUR expense.

* NOTE: We highly recommend sending your return via UPS, Fed EX, or insured US Mail. Items sent but not received by Great Lakes Uniform will NOT receive credit for the return or exchange.
DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP:
Defects in workmanship will be replaced at our expense. Please e-mail within 30 days from receipt of your order. (Include the order number, item, and your name.)
SHORTAGES OR INCORRECT ORDERS:
All claims for shortages or incorrect orders must be presented to us by fax, e-mail, or phone within five business days of receiving your order. (Include the order number, item, and your name).
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Orders shipped but refused by the customer will still be charged shipping charges. Orders already submitted to our embroidery company cannot be canceled. Orders which have already reached our distribution center cannot be revoked. Shipping charges will apply if the order has shipped or is in our distribution system.
Orders shipped but not wanted by the customers should follow our return policy. Orders dispatched and refused by the customer will not receive credit for shipping charges. All cancellations required confirmation from our customer service department.
